Overview:
This is a high performance 13MP autofocus 4-lane MIPI camera module. This autofocus camera module is based on the AR1335 CMOS image sensor using onsemi® advanced 1.1µm pixel BSI technology. The AR1335 is a Bayer RGB image sensor with an effective pixel resolution of 4208 x 3120 pixels and a 4-lane MIPI CSI-2 interface. The camera module is fitted with a compatible lens and has VCM controlled autofocus. This autofocus camera module can be used with any application processor or digital signal/media processor, or even with a USB UVC controller with a compatible camera interface. This camera can achieve custom region of interest (ROI) resolutions up to 816fps.

3. Bit-depth compression available for MIPI Interface: 10-8 and 10-6 to enable lower bandwidth receivers for full frame rate applications
4. 3D synchronization controls to enable stereo video capture
5. 6.8 kbits one-time programmable memory (OTPM) for storing shading correction coefficients and module information
6. Programmable controls: gain, horizontal and vertical blanking, auto black level offset correction, frame size/rate, exposure, left-right and top-bottom image reversal, window size, and panning
7. Two on-die phase-locked loop (PLL) oscillators for super low noise performance
8. On-chip temperature sensor
