All essential image processing functions, including exposure control, gamma correction, white balance, color saturation, hue adjustment, and others, are programmable through the SCCB interface. Utilizing proprietary technology, Omnivision sensors effectively mitigate common image artifacts such as fixed pattern noise (FPN), smearing, and blooming, thereby producing clean and stable color images.
