Overview:
This product is a 12-megapixel color camera module built on Sony's high-performance CMOS image sensor IMX708, positioned for high-end embedded vision and intelligent computing applications. It is core-equipped with the Sony IMX708 CMOS color image sensor, featuring 12MP high-definition pixel specifications and a resolution of 4608H*2592V, capable of stably outputting 4K and 1080P high-quality images. The module is equipped with a 1/2.43-inch sensor and 1.4μm×1.4μm large-size pixels to ensure excellent light-sensing performance; it also supports PDAF phase detection autofocus function and adopts a fixed focus solution. Combined with an F2.2±5% large aperture and 2.75mm focal length design, it achieves a wide depth of field coverage from 10cm to Infinity. The module has a wide field of view, including a diagonal field of view of 120°, a horizontal field of view of 103.5°, and a vertical field of view of 67.5°, with TV distortion controlled within -11.6%, providing a wide imaging field and minimal image distortion. The lens adopts a high-spec 6P structure to ensure imaging clarity and color reproduction; in terms of interface, it uses the MIPI CSI-2 high-speed transmission interface, which can flexibly adapt to multiple mainstream platforms such as NVIDIA, Jetson, and Raspberry Pi V3, and is mainly designed for use on the Raspberry Pi V3 platform. The module is manufactured using advanced COB technology and AA (Active Alignment) process, balancing product stability and imaging accuracy.
